St. Louis Cathedral & Jackson Square

The Vieux Carre Commission charges $350 to hold a wedding ceremony inside the fence defining Jackson Square, supposedly for "cleanup". However you can have your wedding on the steps at the gate, then sign the license and take pictures inside the park at no charge.

The Park Commission charges $325 to hold a wedding ceremony inside the fence defining Jackson Square, supposedly for "cleanup". However you can have your wedding on the steps at the gate, then take pictures inside the park at no charge.
 A view of Jackson Square backed by the St. Louis Cathederal from the cannon on the Moon Walk. The cannon privides one of the most photogenic background settings in the city for your New Orleans wedding.

 A couple of happy newly weds in front of the St. Louis Cathederal. The St.Louis Cathederal is a working historical Catholic Church. No one is authorized to perform any services inside of this church other than ordianed Catholic Priests approved by the Diocese.
